Mandarina Hotel Luxembourg Airport, Niederanven

The hotel has its pros and cons. The location is convenient next to the airport, but there are cleanliness issues around the hotel. The service can be friendly but also rude at times. The dining experience may not meet expectations. The rooms are on the smaller side and have a damp smell, but they offer interconnected doors between beds. Some facilities may be lacking or needing improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and had a great shower. Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The free shuttle service to the airport was also a convenient perk. However, there were some drawbacks such as the rooms not being up to standard, being too small and with ancient decor. Additionally, there was no complimentary drinking water in the rooms, no safe provided, and no tissues available. Despite multiple requests, the hotel did not adjust according to my preferences, and there were no English channels on the TV that worked.

The hotel had some drawbacks like constant noise from doors slamming and conversations in the hallway at night, the absence of a minibar, and being situated next to a noisy mountain creek, making it unsuitable to keep the window open for sleep. However, the room, although small, was sufficient for our needs.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were decent size and had all we needed, but it was a bit too small for 3 beds. The service was very friendly and quick to sort everything out. The location was perfect with a short walk to the airport and good transportation options. The dining experience was really good considering the type of hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was convenient with easy access to the airport and a bus stop right outside that takes you into Luxembourg city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making arrangements a breeze. However, the rooms were not so comfortable due to being too hot and noisy at night, with poor window sealing, and the dining experience was not great value for money.
